La Battaglia Di Milano is an elite competition for athletes around Europe, organized by CrossFit Darsena.

After the online qualifier the top 288 athletes divided in 7 categories will be invite to the final event that will take place in Milan next 6-7 October 2018.

Register

Registration for the online qualifiers will open on Monday 01st of April 2018 at 11:00 a.m. CET and registration will close on Sunday 10th of June 2018 at 16:00 p.m. CET.
Registrations are open for individual athletes.

Please ensure the correct contact email address is entered for each athlete as this will be our main form of communication! Please double check that it’s correct if you’re entering on behalf of someone else!

Once the first workout has been released, athletes will not be able to change from one category to another.

WOD 1 – “THE DEATH CLOCK”

*Prior to 03:00, complete 3 rounds of:
9 Power Snatches 40/25 Kg
9 Toes to bar

*Prior to 06:00, complete 3 rounds of:
7 Power Snatches 50/35 Kg
7 Toes to bar

Prior to 09:00, complete 3 rounds of:
5 Power Snatches 60/40 Kg
5 Toes to bar

*If all reps are completed, time cap extends by 3 minutes.

Score: Total Reps performed/tie break of the last full 3 round section completed.
NB: Athletes can use 3 different preload barbells.

Weights
Rx/35+/40+/45+: 40/25 – 50/35 – 60/40 Kg

50+/Scaled/Teen: 40/25 for all the 3 Set

WOD 2 – “THE ROCK”

In 3′ find 1RM of the COMPLEX:

1 Hang squat Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Shoulder to Overhead

SCORE: WEIGHT

MEN ATHLETES CANNOT USE WOMEN’S BAR.

– Wod starts with empty barbell
– Only athletes are allowed to load the barbell
– The weight can’t be decreased
– The athletes, during 3’, can perform all the attempts needed to establish 1RM
